BBQ pits are available in national parks eg. west coast park/east coast park & pasir ris park.....$20. i checked, most are avail. on 20th sept. so..maybe we can make a choice???

I have called up Heup Seng and Mao Mao already. Heup Seng suggested this park near Bukit Panjang Plaza which we can book. I have asked him to find out the rates and get back to me by this weekend.
On another note,Heup Seng, Wei Liang and Cheng Yeow can't make it on 20/9 due to army. Mao mao can't make it on 27/9.They either have confinement or duties. So I have asked Heup Seng to check with the rest about 27/9 so if majority can make it on 27/9, we might just as well change it since we can't fit into everyone's schedule.
I suggest we can get the food on that friday, prepare it at someone's place and take a cab down on sat to transport those food. If not another option is to cater those food and save ourselves all these trouble but it might cost more.

Ok. now my side, desmond,alvin and mei teng ok. if change date den inform them again bahz...den got those BBQ catering bahz...like marinated satay,chicken wings and many more...den we juz bbq can le.. hope the date will be confirmed soon =)
If you guys are catering the food from outside, I think I would be able to book the bbq pit near my place and one person have to cordinate everything cause I would only be home on sat at around 7 to 8 which bbq have started.If you guys are buying the food and preparing it ourselves then we have to source another place.

joys's place the pit how much? if cheaper then we cater and bbq there lo. the bbqwholesale E1 always order de not extremely nicelar and i think is x... if wan can try the other cater tt mj suggested.

Hmm, lets confirm the date, bbq and food by 10/9? Cause booking of stuff will take time. I have check the condo near my area. Its $30 with $20 refundable. The pit at my place can only be book every friday so when you guys have confirmed if we are booking it then I will make a trip down.I suggest we cater food if noone is going to get the food.
